Floating high above the perfect half moon bay of San Juan del Sur, Casa Cha Cha Cha boasts a breathtaking panorama of the sea, the beach, the village and the verdant hills beyond. It is ideal for couples, solo adventures or business travelers, and is the perfect place to escape the town noise, relax and enjoy the views. While private and tranquil, we are still only a 3 minute drive to the bustling town. The space Casa Cha Cha Cha is an ideal place for a romantic getaway, with clean modern lines and walls of glass framing million-dollar ocean views. We have more upmarket private rooms than normally found in San Juan del Sur. The views across the bay and beach are breathtaking. This suite has a king bed, with an en-suite bathroom, and a terrace with a hammock. We provide A/C as well as an overhead ceiling fan, hot water, laptop friendly workspace, Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV with Netflix access. In addition, you will have shared access to a pool, lounge, kitchen and an outdoor BBQ. A home-cooked traditional Nicaraguan breakfast is included in the room rate. Please note, we strongly recommend having a vehicle, due to the steep hill. Alternatively, you can grab a taxi for $10 from town, or organize for our caretaker to pick you up for $10. Guest access Guests have private access to their rooms and balcony, and are also invited to use the large, shared outdoor terrace ,pool , BBQ, and lounge areas. During your stay I won't be available in person, but the caretaker and housekeeper will be. Other things to note Security: We have 24-hour security. We also have a caretaker, who takes care of the property maintenance. Power: We have an automatic generator that kicks in whenever power goes out in in the town (which happens a lot) and allows all services to continue to work properly. Water: You can drink the tap water. Toilets: You can flush toilet paper, but please do not flush anything else. Creepy Crawlies: One of the realities of being surrounded by the beautiful nature is our insect neighbors. Yes, there are bugs, and they will sometimes sneak in to the rooms, despite all of the preventative measures we have taken to keep them out. The bright side is that most of them are harmless. However, we do recommend shaking out your clothes before you put them on, because scorpions love to crawl inside them. Scorpion stings are not life-threatening (unless you are prone to anaphylactic shock), but still, they don’t feel nice.
