This awesome apartment is centrally located and only 0.4 km from the entrance to Paarl Gimnasium High School. Also 0.8 km from Paarl Medi-Clinic, 1.7 km from Paarl Hospital and across the road from the new Optenhorst Mall. You can enjoy a nice evening around the outside braai area, or take a dip in the pool just outside the apartment. The 2 bedrooms share one toilet and shower. A kitchenette has the basics like mini-stove, fridge / freezer, microwave and air fryer. The space This 2-bedroom apartment offers everything you may need from self-catering accommodation in Paarl. The kithenette has a microwave oven, airfryer, kettle and large fridge / freezer. The shower and toilet for the apartment leads from one of the bedrooms. You have your own private outside braai area. Guest access The apartment overlook the pool area that is shared with the Winelands unit. Access is private and for your personal use. Burglar bars on all openings and an Alarm system to ensure the best security. Other things to note The entire house is split into 3 separate units. Sunflower is one of these units, but you have full privacy. Unfortunately we do not accommodate kids under 7 years old - or any pets. For bookings longer than 7 days, a weekly cleaning fee (fresh linen, towels and cleaning of the apartment) of R 450 will be charged - this you can pay before checking in.
