Pool Side - Beach & Pool at your front door

NOTE - Special prices for Aug. 29th & 30th DO NOT INCLUDE use of kitchen or second bedroom. Take a few steps to the pool & beach to swim & kayak - or go out your backdoor & take our free canoe with electric motor & tour the beautiful Sittee River - or have a massage at the end of the dock. Where else can you do all these things? Kayaks & Bicycles are provided. Small things can make your vacation special. My fiancée & I try to provide extras that you don't get anywhere else. The space The ocean, beach, & pool are just outside your sliding glass doors. (BTW - Ask about our special monthly rates.) My fiancée & I realize that small things can ruin your vacation or make it special. That is why we pay attention to details. AND we provide some extras that you aren't likely to get anywhere else. Here's just a few examples: - Starbucks French roast coffee is provided - In addition to standard coffee maker, there is a French press coffee maker - a Caribbean style expresso maker - also expresso grounds, of course - 10 piece copper bartender kit - 16 assortment of spices - Olive oil sprayer - An ice maker at the pool bar - Free cocktail mixes at the pool bar NOTE - If you have a large group, we have 4 houses and can accommodate up to 20 guests. Ask about this. KITCHEN INCLUDES: - Custom mahogany cabinets - grade 5 granite countertops, - all stainless steel appliances, - 20 spices, olive oil, & coffee - cookware, dishes, & flatware all of which are new - You will have three ways to make coffee - a standard coffee maker, a French press, and a Caribbean style expresso maker. BEDROOMS There are two bedrooms. The queen size beds & closets are custom made from native mahogany. Of course, all linens are provided – 1,800 thread count. Two USB connections are at the nightstands on both sides of the bed. BATHROOMS FEATURE: - there is one full bath & one half bath, - grade 5 granite countertops, - custom mahogany cabinets, - Oversize Turkish bath towels - Bottles of shampoo, conditioner, & body wash are in the shower. (At most hotels you can’t tell which bottle is which without wearing your glasses, but our beautiful bottles feature a large font so you can easily see which bottle is the shampoo.) - For those who prefer bar soap, we offer a choice of three different scents of FULL SIZE bars - not those tiny ones that everyone else provides. THE POOL FEATURES: - a swim-up pool bar. You can sit in the pool while your designated bartender mixes drinks for you. A refrigerator, blender, commercial ice maker that holds 40 pounds of ice, and unbreakable “glassware” – even straws & umbrellas for your beverages are included in the bar. Where else can you get that? LAUNDRY No need to go to a laundromat, because each house has its own private washing machine & dryer – NOT COIN OPERATED. We even provide the laundry detergent. Even the laundry room has custom mahogany cabinets & granite countertops. LIVING AREA OFFERS: - a 65 inch TV, - books, - Playing cards & Cribbage Board, - Dominos, & Yahtzee all for your evening recreation. OUTDOORS YOU WILL FIND: - 3 Kayaks - 3 Bicycles - 4 Boogie Boards All of these are available for our guests to use at no charge. TWO SPECIAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOU #1 - We have a one-person Kayak that is specially designed for fishing on either the ocean or the river. You can rent it for just $75USD$/day. Rental includes 2 fishing rods with reels, fillet knife, an assortment of hooks & a landing net. We offer some fishing lures that can be purchase separately. #2 - We also have a canoe for cruising the river that seats 3 people. It has an electric motor. You can rent it for $75 USD$ for 5 hours (8 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.) or $125 USD$ for all day. You can add 2 fishing rods with reels, fillet knife, an assortment of hooks & a landing net for just $15 USD$/day NOTE – To get to the river, you only need to paddle a short distance on the canal that borders our property. ULTRA SAFE DRINKING WATER The city water in Hopkins is good, but we have installed a triple filter system that takes out all impurities that might be missed. It also removes lead, chlorine, and any odors – making it much better than the bottled water that you buy.
