Welcome to our light and bright one bedroom home in Somerset, PA, the heart of the Laurel Highlands. This home is 5 walking blocks to the center of town where you'll find restaurants and shopping. Somerset offers a wide variety of activities just minutes away including skiing, hiking, fishing, and biking. The kitchen in the home is fully equipped and the living area provides comfortable seating for relaxing after a day in the Laurel Highlands. Enjoy coffee on the new deck added Summer ‘22. The space Living/Dining Room: This area is one open room with large windows, hardwood floors and plenty of seating. Relax in the reclining sofa while watching your favorite show on the 50" Smart TV. Kitchen: The kitchen includes an electric range, full-size refrigerator, and dishwasher. Small appliances include a microwave, toaster, Crock Pot, Keurig Coffee Maker and a regular coffee maker. You'll also find dishes, pots and pans, bakeware and utensils for all of your cooking needs. Bedrooms: There is 1 bedroom in the home. The bedroom features a queen size bed with a closet and hardwood floors. Beds will be made before your arrival and towels are provided. Bathrooms: There is 1 bathroom situated next to the bedroom. It has been newly renovated and contains a tub/shower combination. New Deck: A beautiful deck was added to the home in 2022. The deck is located off of the kitchen patio door and has a table and chairs for eating dinner or just relaxing. The deck overlooks the quiet back yard with trees. Guests often report seeing deer in the yard. The house is located in a neighborhood but there are no houses (only a yard and trees) on the left side of the property.
