With these major routes comes quick and plentiful access to shopping of all kinds, restaurants and access to transit. The neighbourhood itself is mature and quiet with a very low crime rate. Your parking consists of two parking stalls off the back alley between 114 and 114a Street. 114th Street is a pedestrian and bike route and is less then 10 minutes on foot from Southgate LRT. Other things to note Please note this is a basement suite. Despite it being insulated for sound dampening beyond industry standards, we cannot eliminate all sound transfer.
