Less than 1 hour from Paris, enjoy this wonderful house with family or friends for a moment of relaxation or to organize your private events (under conditions and/or with a surcharge). In the room we can accommodate 6 adults and 1 baby, we also have sofas, sofa beds, extra bed to increase the capacity to 15 people, to be distributed in the living rooms and the converted attics. 45 minutes from Versailles 50 mins to Boulogne-Billancourt The space Stay in this 19th century mansion, tastefully renovated while keeping the charm of the old. It is suitable for a stay with family, friends or for a festive event (birthday, family meal, babyshower...) under conditions and/or with a surcharge. The House is distinguished by its 330m² spread over 3 levels: a ground floor, a first floor and furnished attic. The land stretches over 1650m² with its garden, its quiet terrace, Villa Bourgeoise welcomes you for a relaxing stay. An outbuilding is present on the grounds, it has also been renovated and can be rented by you, by another guest or serve as an accommodation for the time of your stay at the Villa. The outbuilding includes 4 beds, a living room, a mezzanine, a kitchen, a bathroom and a small terrace. (this additional accommodation is independent of the house) The accommodation consists of: Ground floor: 1 wooded living room of 30m² with its old piano 1 living and dining room of 75m² equipped with a fireplace and its large solid wood table 1 kitchen of 15m² with its adjoining dining room of 15m2 1 wc Upstairs: Small living room: relaxation area with sofa and TV Pierre Green Room: Queen size bed 160*200 Terracotta bedroom: queen size bed 160*200 Parental Suite: king size bed 180*200 that overlooks a wall canopy to cross to reach its private bathroom equipped with a 2-seater balneo and a double vanity Green and golden bathroom: shower in in in, large single sink and toilet Natural beige bathroom: Bathtub, double sink and toilet Les Atbles: Open space of 40m² with a dorm and a games room equipped with foosball to let off steam or the possibility of organizing board games. On the landing opposite you have a library with an office area of 15m² to enjoy a moment of reading or isolate yourself in remote work. We have a remote opening system to welcome you at any time, a key and badge will be given to you afterwards. You can access the whole house and its garden. An outbuilding is available on-site with an additional reservation to stay. The shed in the garden is closed.
