Less than 1 hour from Paris, enjoy this wonderful house with family or friends for a relaxing time or to organize your private events (subject to conditions and/or with additional charge). In the room we can accommodate 6 adults and 1 baby, we also have sofas, sofa beds, extra bed to increase the capacity to 15 people, to be distributed in the living rooms and the furnished attics. 45 minutes from Versailles 50 minutes from Boulogne-Billancourt The space Stay in this 19th century manor house, tastefully renovated while retaining the charm of the old. It is suitable for a stay with family, friends or for a festive event (birthday, family meal, babyshower...) under conditions and/or with additional charge. The House is distinguished by its 330 m² spread over 3 levels: a ground floor, a first floor and a converted attic. The land covers 1650 m² with its garden, its quiet terrace, the Villa Bourgeoise welcomes you for a relaxing stay. An outbuilding is present on the property, it has also been renovated and can be rented by you, by another traveler or used as accommodation during your stay at the Villa. The outbuilding includes 4 beds, a living room, a mezzanine, a kitchen, a bathroom and a small terrace. (This additional accommodation is independent of the house) The accommodation consists of the following: Ground floor: 1 wood-paneled living room of 30 m² with its antique piano 1 living and dining room of 75 m² equipped with a fireplace and its large solid wood table 1 15 m² kitchen with its adjoining 15 m² dining room 1 toilet Upstairs: Small living room: relaxation area with sofa and TV Ivy green bedroom: queen size bed 160*200 Terracotta bedroom: queen size bed 160*200 Master Suite: king size bed 180*200 overlooking a wall canopy to cross to reach its private bathroom equipped with a 2-seater spa and a double sink Green and gold bathroom: walk-in shower, large single sink and toilet Natural beige bathroom: bathtub, double sink and toilet The Attic: Open space of 40 m² including a dormitory and a games room equipped with a foosball table to let off steam or the possibility of organizing board games. On the opposite landing you have a library with a 15 m² office area to enjoy a moment of reading or isolate yourself for teleworking. We have a remote opening system to welcome you at any time, a key and badge will be given to you afterwards. You can access the entire house and its garden. An outbuilding is available on-site with additional reservation to stay there. The shed in the garden is closed.
