The space The house is tastefully decorated overlooking the Golf Course, on the 7th floor with a private terrace. At the entrance of the house, you will find shoe rack outside and foyer area inside to keep your basic items. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the amenities you need to whip up a delicious meal, with modern appliances like fridge, microwave, kettle, 2 burners auto ignited gas stove and necessary cookware, serveware. Next to it is a stylish dining area with highchairs for those enjoyable home-cooked dinners or morning coffee moments. The living area is filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere is equipped with a 65-inch full HD smart TV with a sofa cum bed in front of it which opens to become a king size bed. For relaxation and entertainment there are some selected books and a guitar kept for the music lovers or just to pose with and have a memorable click. Retreat to the cozy bedroom, where you'll find a comfortable king-sized bed and soft, luxurious linens. Dressing cum study unit and large spacious wardrobe. Bathroom is well equipped with shower and necessities like shampoo, soap and towels. The house also comes with garden furniture to enjoy your mornings on private terrace with cup of tea or coffee or just relax and enjoy the beautiful open view and Pune rains. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. The complex has well-maintained beautiful walking paths dotted with benches to take in the lush tranquil surroundings. The complex has a 9 hole golf course for which paid access is available. Golf kits and caddies are also available for hire. Beginners can avail of coaching with the in-house coach. The golf course is closed on Tuesdays and certain designated holidays. The clubhouse is functional from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on all days EXCEPT Tuesday and certain designated holidays. Entry to the clubhouse is chargeable per person per day. Club passes are only issued to the apartment owners. Therefore, if you wish to use the clubhouse facilities you will need to inform our local host in advance. Other things to note 1. Clubhouse facilities are chargeable per person per day, are not available on tuesdays and designated holidays. 2. Swimming pool is a part of the club house, costume is a must to get into the pool. 3. We have many leading restaurants delivering food at the home via ZOMATO. 4. There are 3 to 4 tiffin services available, where homemakers are cooking food at their home and delivering at nominal costs. 5. BIG BASKET, JIO MART, DMART online apps are functional 6. OLA and UBER both are operational 7. Amazon considers this as PRIME location along side Flipkart. 8. WIFI has a superfast 50 MBPS speed and is dedicated for the guests. 9. For weekly bookings or bookings equal to or more than 7 nights. we charge electricity bill at actuals (10.36₹ per unit), housekeeping charges additional. with adequate usage of Air conditioning, water gyeser cost for electricity for 7 nigths ranging from 30 units to 80 units i.e. 300₹ to 800₹ (weekly) only we shall provide a meter reading at the time of checkin then at checkout.
