Villa Bhalla Nivas is a detached villa that is nestled amongst mountain and ocean views and only 200meters from the beach. This gated preserve is located in one of the world five Blue Zones! Part of the charm is that we are off the beaten path, away from the 'busy tourist' areas. This is paradise for anyone wishing to truly escape and get lost in your surroundings. If you so desire to tour the beauty of Costa Rica, we are located just three kilometers from the ferry station providing convenient short day trips to the main land. Moreover we recommend a number of destinations for day trips within the Nicoya Peninsula, such as beach towns like Samara, Carillo, Tambor, Paquera and Montezuma. Guests absolutely love the boat excursion to Isla Tortuga, which is a stunning island that offers beautiful snorkeling and a great beach. Guests can conveniently access our walking distance grocery store, stocked with fresh fruits, vegetables and most general supplies. Spoiled with private beaches, one offering a recently constructed beach restaurant. 'Aroma Del Mar' offers a deliciousness menu and a beautiful atmosphere perfect for breakfast to start your day right or dinner at sundown:..we promise...the view of the ocean never gets old! So that we may make your stay the very best we would like to share a few simple rules that will help guide you. Housekeeping – Is made available on a daily or weekly basis as per your request. You may discuss your needs with our rental managers, ideally prior to your check-in. Electricity/AC – PLEASE NOTE that electricity will be charged separately upon check out. Costa Rica is a very green country which tries to preserve energy as much as possible, therefore electricity is not as cheap as it is in many other countries. The price per kWh is $0.25. It's very hard for us to give an average price as the amount mainly depends on the use of the ACs in the house. Generally it ranges between $5-15 per day. SINCE GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ELECTRIC COSTS we would like to suggest that you turn off all the AC units and lights when leaving the villa. In addition, please do not leave the AC running when Doors/Windows are open throughout the house. Security – The villa is installed with a security system which the on-site representative will explain upon your check in. For your added convenience, we have installed a safe in the closet for your personal belongings. Furthermore, from dusk till dawn we have a security patrolling the property, street and beach to make sure your night's sleep is a quiet and restful one. You can just sit back and relax. Please note: We recommend that you make your tour or rental car bookings in advance if you travel to Costa Rica during high season (January, February, March and April to after Easter).
