Plan an unforgettable stay for your favorite people in this unique, family-focused space! Inside, you’ll find a massive full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and a Theater & Treehouse Arcade. Sleepover-style setup includes 12 cots, modular sofas, HUGE gel bean bags, and floor space. There is also a full bed in the game room. Plus: a stage, projector, Roku TV, Xbox, and a SLIDE into the ball pit! Ideal for a family vacation that everyone can enjoy. This one will earn you bonus points with the kids! The space This space is typically used for events and is plenty big enough to hold 100 people comfortably (picture the size of an elementary school gym). When we aren't hosting birthday parties, family reunions, or weddings, we open this space for overnight guests. Looking for a fun, safe, unique space to spend time with the family? You just found it! Guest access You will have *exclusive* access to the entire Theater and Treehouse Arcade (approximately 8000 square feet). The space is divided into: 1) The main event room with the stage, bar, theater setup, treehouse arcade, ball pit & slide, and booths/tables/beanbags galore. We have all the sound equipment for a band or karaoke, a projector for movies or slideshows, microphones, and more. 2) A private Xbox gaming room (set up like a bedroom) with 2 custom-fabricated chairs, a "truck" bed, a 65" smart TV, and (of course) an Xbox complete with a game subscription! 3) Huge kitchen, complete with a commercial fridge, deep freezer, ice maker, popcorn machine, 2 stoves, 2 ovens & cooking utensils. We'll have freshly popped popcorn ready upon your arrival! 4) Two full bathrooms (including showers) stocked with towels and toiletries for the number of guests in your party. 5) A courtyard surrounded by a low stone wall, which includes a kids' picnic table, adult-sized hammock swings, a commercial grill, and a wood-burning fire pit. You bring the s'mores supplies & we provide the firewood! You and your guests will also have *shared* access to the Rock Spring Resort amenities, which include a 5-person dry sauna, a hot tub, a kids' playground with a treehouse library, over a mile of manicured walking trails, multiple patios, tree swings for adults & kids, and more! We would love to host you. ***Please note that when your party goes beyond 10 guests, it is an additional $10 per person, per night. Other things to note 1) Rock Spring Resort offers 20 Private Suites (Apartments), & 10 beautiful acres. Yes, this means you can have your family reunion, graduation party, wedding, or other events in our 8,000 square foot event center and have family and friends stay onsite in separate suites ranging in size from Studio to 5-Bedroom. 2) We have on-site management living at Rock Spring Resort, so we're easily accessible and happy to help if needed. 3) Private suites are pet-friendly, but our event space is pet-free. Service dogs are welcome per law. 4) Our resort is always family-friendly! You'll find kid-sized amenities all over the property, and we observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
