Newly refurnished and remodeled in the summer of 2023 with a brand new primary suite, updated guest bathroom and new laundry room inside the home. Come and enjoy Napa! (*Long term rentals only - 31 days or more) The space According to local law, our property is only available for stays with a minimum of 30 days. We will have to decline any requests for stays of less than 30 days. Guest access Guests have access to almost the entire property, with the exception of the detached 1-car garage. Other things to note Please note that City of Napa law only allows us to rent our home for no less than 31 days at a time. If you request to rent for less than 31 days, we will ask you to cancel your request.
