The Grove Villa

The Grove Villa in Velonades is nestled within the embrace of lush landscapes and offers a picturesque scene of tranquility and luxury. The property comprises three separate structures, each with their own bedrooms, living and dining areas, allowing families or groups to enjoy their own private space but also come together to share meals or relax in the expansive garden and pool area. The entire property can sleep 10 people, or 16 if the sofa beds are utilised. The space The main House offers a large open plan kitchen and living area, complete with central island / breakfast bar. The sofa bed allows additional guests to stay, meaning this section of the property sleeps 6 in total. Upstairs are two large bedrooms, both of which open out onto a beautiful balcony that offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The master bedroom includes a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, can be made up as either a double or a twin, allowing further flexibility. The House has its own covered veranda overlooking the pool which offers a large outdoor dining area. Set apart from the main House is a fully converted Barn, which again sleeps 6 guests. The large living area includes a sofa bed and plenty of space to relax, while the separate kitchen overlooks the garden. Downstairs also includes a separate bathroom as well as a bedroom with a double bed and its own ensuite. The Barn boasts a large mezzanine overlooking the living area, and this offers a bed that can be made into a either a double or a twin. The large veranda of the Barn includes both a dining area and comfy outdoor seating, perfect for those warm Corfu evenings! Built onto the main house but with its own entrance (and no adjoining door) is the Annex, which can sleep 4 guests if the sofa bed is utilized. The open plan kitchen/ living area has all the usual amenities as well as an original fireplace. The Annex has its own bathroom, and a bedroom that can be made into either a twin or a double. Each of the three properties has its own kitchen equipment and glassware etc, as well as a hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, meaning guests can be fully self sufficient on site if they so wish. The garden has been beautifully landscaped with local flora and includes a large patio area boasting sunbeds and deck chairs next to the pool. All aspects of The Grove Villa have been finished to a high standard, giving guests a true taste of luxury and tranquility. Guest access All parts of the property are accessible to guests Other things to note The property has its own access road and gate, and there is space within the grounds for 3 cars to park without hindering the garden or pool access.
