Escape from it all at West Hill Too where you can walk to the beach or take a short drive to go skiing. Two bedrooms in a cozy year-round cottage make the perfect escape for a couple or small family. The space 600 square foot single level ranch style cottage situated in the West Hill neighborhood section of New Hartford. We have deeded beach rights into the LAPOA beach community. A short walk or drive gives you access to the most private and coveted beach on West Hill Lake. Enjoy our large yard if you want to hang out at home. Close to retail, dining options, gorgeous mountains and hills roads if you want to go explore for the afternoon. The cottage has two bedrooms - one master with a queen bed, and a second bedroom with two twin beds, one of which has a trundle bed. The sofa in the living room is also a sleeper sofa! We want you to be comfortable during your stay. Other things to note We have a well and a septic. We ask that you be mindful of your water consumption and not flush anything you wouldn’t ordinarily flush down the toilet, including flushable wipes.
