Bright Cozy Apt in the heart of Margaretville Village features a queen-sized bed in the cozy sleeping loft, the couch opens to a twin size as well. The vaulted ceilings give the Apt. a roomy feel, you can cook in and watch your favorite streaming channels on wifi, or go for a stroll out to dinner. We are within walking distance of all the amenities, hiking, fishing, antiques, shopping, cafes and more. We are close to Skiing, Fishing, Hiking, Wedding Venues, and all the Catskills have to offer. No car? No worries! We are in walking distance from the Trailways Bus drop off at Sensible car rental and everything you need is right in the village. The New Apt. has wifi, smart tv, all the cooking basics, new bathroom, closet space and room enough for your gear. We are located in the Binnekill Square Complex above the retail shops and in front of the Binnekill Restaurant. You will have full access to the apartment, the only shared space is the hallway that leads to all the apartments. I like to let my guests know I am available but not invasive, I'm available by phone, text or in person if need be, I live a mile away! Margaretville is a small Historic Catskills Mountain town, but we have all the amenities right in the village, There is a full grocery store, banking, CVS, DMV, retail shops, cafes, restaurants, art gallery, and more. We are a great choice for those that want go exploring the Catskills but still want some of the comforts of larger town. We are also close to skiiing, hiking, fishing, hunting, bowling,kayaking and more. No Car? No worries! Trailways bus stops in walking distance from here at the Sensible car rental on Route 28 and connects many of the small towns along Route 28 ~ Phoenicia, Woodstock, Kingston, and to NYC. We have everything in town, but you could always rent a car to go explore further. There are stairs up to the apartments and stairs to the sleeping loft, the sleeping loft has a low wall, children should never be left unattended.
