Guest access Guests have full access to the house and do not share any area of the house. La Privada also has a shared common area with a pool and playground for children and preferential access to Chelem's most exclusive beach club. Other things to note Due to our remote location and a developing infrastructure within the area, there may occasionally be power outages and with that affect the internet and water supply, but don't worry the service is usually restored quickly. As a guest you will also have access to the beach club "Playa Bonita" a short distance from the private beach, where you will find a pool area, loungers, showers, restaurant and other amenities, you can enjoy the impressive oceanfront views. Due to our remote location and a developing infrastructure within the area, there may occasionally be power outages and with that affect the internet and water supply, but don't worry the service is usually restored quickly. During the winter period (November to February) we have some storms that depending on their intensity sometimes bring sargassum and garbage to our beaches, this circumstance is beyond our control however we will try to keep the beach free of garbage upon arrival and during your stay, while the sargassum is usually dragged in the next tide.
