We would like to invite you in our Royal residence apartment in the heart of Prague at only 2 min walk from Wenceslas Square, 10 minutes from Charles Bridge and Old Town. The apartment is perfectly suited for business trip, group of friends or families. You are welcome, it will be our sincere pleasure to host you The space The apartment is located on the top floor in a modern residence with elevator, which is starting from the high ground floor and is finishing on the third floor, so you have one floor stairs to climb. With an area of 115 square meters it includes cozy living room with separate spacious dinning area, first luxury bedroom with king bed (dimensions: 180-200cm), second luxury bedroom with queen bed (dimesnions 160-200cm), third open bedroom with two queen beds (dimensions 160-200cm), fully equipped modern kitchen, two modern bathrooms each of them with shower and one separate toilet. The apartment is covered with superb WIFI internet, central air-condition in living room, dinning area, the first and second bedroom and portable fans only in the open bedroom upstaire. All prepared for an enjoyable stay in Prague. IMPORTANT NOTE:- There was full renovation of all bathrooms in the apartment proceeded from the begining of January 2026 till the second half of February and it looks exactly as on the current photos on the listing, so the actual reviews will be from 25.02.2026. Is important to clarify that beside the previous look of the bahtrooms which was medium quality, the apartment itself was really beautiful before too as it can be clearly seen by the previous reviews and the overall rate, the other part of the apartment is totaly same just fully refreshed (parquet, walls, wooden beams) Guest access Before the arrival of the guest the apartment will always be prepared and clean, all that is written and what you see on the pictures can be used for your comfortable stay Other things to note - Late check in - free of charge; - City (toruist) tax - it is 50czk for each adult person per every night and will need to be paid separately on the arrival, it is not included in the totall accommodation price; - Please note that only the accommodation price for 1 or 2 guests is same and it is the base price, but for each extra guest above then 2 the price is different, the totall price can always be seen before you book the apartment when you add the exact number of guests; - Cleaning fee - free of charge (it is included in the price); - We can arrange taxi transport from/to the airport - 800 czech crowns in one way or 1500 czech crowns in both ways (round trip) for one car, from/to the bus or train station - 350 czech crowns in one way for one car. With two cars transport from/to the airport will be 1600czk in one way or 3000czk for arrangment in both ways (round trip); - We would be glad to recommend to our guests sightseeing tours, restaurants and the most famous places to visit in Prague; - Check in process - we always prefer in person if there will be any available member of our team at that moment, if there is no available member of our team due to very bussy schedule as we have multiple properties, in that case we will send self check in instructions with using a code to get in the building and the apartment. Please note that the host is keeping the right to choose one of the options mentioned above according to the availability; - We don't have possibility for luggage storrage in the building as unfortunately we don't have any available space for that, but we can provide our recommendations about the nearest luggage storrage services which are charging really fair amount and are not overpriced; - Please note that we are obligated by the law to register every guest to the foreign police, it is a self online registration which is going through our fully protected system.
