This 3-bedroom home is the perfect place to call home during your stay in the city. The space The space: We designed this charming home to have all of your essential needs while you stay 3 Bedrooms: There is one king size bed, 1 queen size bed, and 2 full bunk-beds. We also provide a twin/full pull out couch bed that’s stored and located in the master bedroom. Each is light, airy, clean, and comfy. 2 Full Bathrooms: Each bathroom is stocked with essentials like towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body-wash, hand soap, and toilet paper. Living Room: There is a 65” Smart TV with Netflix, gas fireplace, a comfy sofa, and two small couches. Kitchen: A chef’s dream! Equipped with a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Keurig, spices, and all cooking essentials needed to prepare any meal! There are 3 spaces for parking in the driveway allocated to this unit. EV Charger: charge your vehicle from the convenience of the house with our Level 2 Fast Charge. Please let me know if you would like to use this amenity so it is ready for your use. There is a fee of $25 dls per day. Guest access As our guest, you will have access to the entire house during your stay. This includes the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces such the backyard and the grill. Other things to note 1. No loud music or parties are allowed at any time. 2. No illegal activities or substances allowed on the property. 3. Respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (10PM-9AM). 4. If receive a complaint about noise or any other inappropriate acts, the guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately and will not be entitled to a refund. 5. All guests must be registered. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed in the space (9 MAXIMUM). 6. Check-in and check-out times (11:00 AM check-out, 4PM check-in) must be strictly adhered to, unless prior arrangements have been made. If you require early check-in/late check-out, it may be available upon request at $25 per hour fee. 7. No smoking/vaping inside the premises. There is a $1,000 fee if any smoking is detected. 8. Trash Day and Gardening Day- Thursdays. Please help us by bringing the trashcans out on Wednesday night and bring them back in Thursday afternoon. Gardeners will stop by mid morning to mow the lawn and blow the leaves. 9. Pets and Service Animals- dogs are allowed ONLY if pre-approved and the pet fee of $30 per pet/ per night is paid. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Extra cleaning fees may apply for excessive pet hair or damage. NOTE: Cats are not allowed due to allergy concerns. Dogs must be pre-approved before arriving. Two dogs max under 25 lbs allowed; they are not to be left alone in the room without an owner under any circumstances. Any violations will be subject to a $250 fine plus coverage of applicable damages. Thank you for your understanding! 10. Keep the property clean and tidy during your stay. There is a $150 fee if extra cleaning is needed. 11. EV Charger- you may charge your vehicle from the convenience of the house with our Level 2 Fast Charge for $25 per day. Please let me know if you would like to use this amenity so it is ready for your use. If usage is not advised ahead of time, there will be a $50 per day charge. 12. Please be aware we have Street Sweeping on the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month from 11:30 am-33:30 pm. Please do not park on the street during this time and we kindly ask to share the driveway if there are guests in the back house. We are not responsible for any citations given.
