Our house is only 15 minutes drive from the center of Yerevan. You drive up to the top of the hill which is on 1300 m altitude with the best view, clean air, quite, green. We have a fruit garden which is just beautiful at all seasons. Your place is the whole first floor of our house with 50 sqm area room with bathroom / toilet and kitchenet. You have a separate entrance to your floor through a 80 sq m terrace on your own and entrance to the garden. Come for a nice rest and great food.
