The space ➡️ Charming modern and comfortable apartment on the ground floor of a house. 🛏️ 1 cozy and independent bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190 cm), storage closet, duvet and pillows provided, blackout curtains, double-glazed windows with garden view. 🛋️ The living room features a comfortable sofa (convertible into a 140 x 190 cm bed for extra sleeping space) and a TV with Netflix access. 👩‍🍳 The fully equipped kitchen/dining area allows you to easily prepare meals, with a dining table and 4 chairs : Fridge with freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, espresso and regular coffee machine, kettle, hand blender, food processor, hand juicer, crockery and cutlery. 🚿 Shower room (90 x 120 cm shower tray) with WC and a laundry area, including a washing machine and a llinen dryer, storage closet, shelves, drying rack, ironing board, iron, and laundry basket. There is also a hairdryer. 🌳 Garden in front of the apartment with a table and 4 chairs. Private terrace with a retractable pergola, 2 sun loungers for relaxation. Barbecue for enjoying convivial meals. Large garden with space for playing badminton. Guest access Private entrance, you will have full access to the apartment, and it’s all yours.
