Most of my guests love spending time around the outback. Guest access The full house and main entrance are for your exclusive use. Driveway to park vehicles, porch, pool area, and yard and laundry room are available for you. Other things to note - Guests must sign a pool/hot tub waiver upon check in. -Our family pool is shared with confirmed guests only. NO unregistered guests or guests of guests allowed. -La Villa Nashville is family friendly but it's not child-proof. Children must be clearly supervised at all times. -Keep in mind the pool is easily accessible. -Potential guests will need to decide whether or not this rental is suitable for their family. **Use of pool and hot tub area is strictly at your Own Risk.** ***The property has a basement with completely independent entrance from the house, located on the driveway. A tenant occupies the basement when in town, mainly takes care of the maintenance of the property. She doesn't share any spaces with guests and she's barely there when in town.
