This cozy apartment is in the heart of Winter Haven! It is at a short distance from Legoland park, only 3.6 mi and 13 mi from the Amazing Bok Tower! Downtown & all restaurants are 6 miles away. World Disney parks & Magic Kingdom are only 30 mi! How great is to enjoy the best of both worlds: activities during the day & relax during the night.The backyard has birds and General lake fauna that will provide you with a wonderful & calm experience with their singing and flying routines. The space Limit of 4 people. Use ONLY the keypad with code provided to enter and/or exit the unit, the lock underneath the keypad is solely for the HOMEOWNERS USE, No key is provided for this lock and you will be locked out of the unit in the event is mistakenly used. Guest access Airbnb unit and its surrounding area is for guests to use. Fire pit can also be used by guests with the proper security requirements, including but not limited to be properly turned off after every use. Other things to note Instructions for Checking in and Out have been provided and are available for ALL guests, please make sure you read them and follow them properly.
