The on‑site parking lot and sidewalk will reopen. Pedestrian access and roadway traffic stay open. 🚗 Phase 3: Roadway Improvements Mar 9–Apr 4, 2026 * The roadway will be closed to vehicles. Both sidewalks remain open, but the on‑site parking lot will be unavailable.
