The access road to our property is a cul-de-sac and therefore very quiet and safe. At the end of it, there is a very generous natural well, with clean and refreshing water, and you can even walk there. Next to the property, there is a bar/grocery store with convenience items, without having to go downtown. Newly built chalet, in the "log house" style with 90 m2, with a large living room, Hunter ceiling fan, 60-inch LG TV (fiber optic internet, Netflix and app with varied open channels, Brazilian, American and European, via streaming, in addition to movies and series) aluminum sliding doors with glass that allows a beautiful view and balcony with hammock, two armchairs and a coffee table, in addition to a table with four chairs and an umbrella, which can perfectly be used as an extension of the room. Full American-style (open) kitchen with Brastemp stove/oven and Samsung refrigerator. We also have a full social bathroom (with shower) that can be used for visitors (toilet). The suite is spacious, overlooking the lake and with a very generous closet. Couple's bathroom with two sinks and large shower. Hot water heated via gas heater. Queen size bed, air-conditioning and Hunter ceiling fan. Garage for two vehicles and a service area, with a sink, washing machine and ceiling clothesline. Guest access Our dear guests will have full access to the entire property! For stays of two nights or more, I am open to considering any proposals!
