There is a comfortable king sized bed and an IKEA 3 seater sofa which allow you to lay flat and enjoy TV shows. The studio is cozy for a solo professional to stay or for a couple as it’s around 25-28 square meters in size. It is equipped with desk, TV, fridge, closets, private washer/dryer in the bathroom. There are also electric kettle, hair dryer, towels and necessary supplies provided The entrance area will house the small kitchen, garbage disposal corner, sitting /eating spots. Through the entrance area, guests go to their private studios. The privacy is fully respected. Guest access The studio and the communal kitchen Other things to note 1. Given our apartment is a new listing we definitely want to welcome caring families and respectful guests to stay as our community is tight and most of the neighbors might have concerns of people coming and going. It would be appreciated if our guests are discreet and quiet in the public area. 2. If you can take your shoes off in the unit that will be awesome! 3. It’s a smoke free building. No smoke or you will get fine of NTD 1000 for each report. 4. No overnight guests if they are not listed on Airbnb 5. Late checkin after 10pm can be arranged at a fee of NTD500 6. If you are arriving in the early morning please book the previous night to secure your accommodation.
