7 Spruce Lodge is a welcome retreat with breathtaking views from every room. Our 6-bed/5 -bath home is a rare-find amongst the vineyard-lined hills of Seneca Lake. It's a 5000+ sq. ft. custom built, timber frame home, built in 2019, with 300+ feet of private lake frontage. This spacious home is surrounded by 4 acres of secluded woods, giving large families all the privacy one could desire, while still being just minutes from the Seneca Lake wine trail and the quaint village of Watkins Glen. The space The sleeping arrangements within our home are: - 2 Master bedrooms each with King-sized beds and full bathroom ensuite. - 2 bedrooms with King-sized beds and full bathrooms adjacent to room in the hallway. - 1 bedroom with two Queen-sized beds and shared full bathroom adjacent. - 1 bunk/ game room with 4 Full-sized beds, 1 futon, card table, TV, and Xbox gaming system above the 3-bay garage. Additionally, there is 1 more full bathroom at the end of the hall, downstairs from the bunk room. Guest access The entire home, garage, gym, sauna, hot-tub, side yard, patio, deck, boat dock, and boat lift are available for our guests' use. The home is completely private. There are no shared spaces or features with the owners. The only area guests cannot access is the owners' closet within the garage where all our cleaning supplies and linens are stored. Other things to note To ensure that our guests are able to enjoy their stay with us no matter what may come our way, we have installed a whole-house generator just in case there is ever be a power outage. This backup generator is large enough to power both refrigerators, air-conditioning or heat, hot water heater, water filtration system, the majority of the lights in the home, and the well/septic pump.
