Includes a full-size futon for lounging or extra sleepers, private balcony, Roku TV, and beautiful morning light. Futon bedding is in the dresser. **Main Floor King Bedroom** Spacious king room with a large closet. Shares the main-floor bathroom with tub/shower. Accessible without stairs. **Main Floor Twin Bedroom** Two twin beds. Shares the main-floor bathroom with tub/shower. Accessible without stairs. **Lower-Level Queen Den** Private sleeping den next to a full bathroom with tub/shower. Convenient access to the lower-level kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. **Lower-Level Queen Sleeper Sofa** Genuine La-Z-Boy sleeper opens to a true queen with an added memory-foam topper. A pack ’n play and high chair are provided in the lower-level closet under the stairs. The large ottoman is stocked with toys and children’s books. A new playground and public library are about a 5-minute drive away. DOGS Well-behaved, housebroken dogs over one year old are welcome with a $100 pet fee per stay (two-dog maximum, any size). Dogs must be disclosed prior to arrival and kept off furniture. Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning. Pet-cleaning supplies are provided. Per local regulations, dogs must be leashed outdoors and all waste must be disposed of properly. A fenced community dog park is located nearby.
