The space Former Inn ideally located in the heart of the Parc des Volcans and close to major tourist sites: Puy de Dôme with its rack railway, Massif du Sancy, Chaîne des Puys listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Lac du Guéry, Lac Servières, and the other lakes, Vulcania and Clermont-Ferrand. You'll also enjoy plenty of hiking trails and mountain bike trails. The Inn welcomes you with on the ground floor: a very large living room with living room, dining room and bar/lounge area. Everyone will find their place to read, rest or chat by the fire of the large wood-burning stove. You will have a pleasant stay and share moments of friendship. The owner gives you her place in her professional kitchen and she will even leave you her recipe for the famous Truffade as a gift! Still on the ground floor: laundry and toilet. On the 1st floor: 4 bedrooms each with a bathroom and a private toilet: two bedrooms each with 1 bed 140, 1 "family" bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90 and a bedroom with 2 beds 90 which has a large terrace. Two other outdoor spaces are available: a non-enclosed courtyard behind the house, sheltered and a terrace in front of the Auberge, overlooking the village square. Oil heating: Variable rate depending on the period: about €50–80 (September, October, April, May, June) and €100–120 (November, December, January, February, March). Billing at cost price (read on arrival/departure). Gîte preheated to 19°C upon arrival. Shops and services in Rochefort-Montagne 10 km. Possibility to combine with the gîte 63465 for a total capacity of 15 people: for the rental, gîte 63G1506.
