Registration 514366 & 514367 The space Each unit has a king master bedroom and master bathroom, guest queen bedroom, and guest bathroom in hallway, as well as a built-in bunk beds twin over twin as seen in photos. Each living room also has a sofa sleeper. TVs are located in each bedroom as well as the living room. This is an awesome rental property for multi family vacations, family reunions or wedding parties. Parking on the concrete driveway (4 vehicles), and parking for an additional vehicle in on the side of house if needed. The community pool is just a few steps away. Fully fenced yards that can be opened up together though a gate in the back. Outdoor furniture and charcoal grills for BBQ! Located in town just minutes away from shops, restaurants, night life and the BEACH! Garage is for owner use only. Guest access The community pool is just a short walk located in the middle of the small community and features nice clean water and outdoor seating. The sand and waves of Port Aransas Island’s beautiful beach are a short 1.5-mile drive away. Grill your local catch of the day on the included charcoal grill or head into town for dinner at some of Port A's yummy dives. Nightlife, shopping, dining and the BEACH are all within your reach at Free Sail! Garage is for owner use only and golf carts do not have beach access from this area of Port Aransas. Other things to note Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, makeup wipes, makeup towels, dishwasher detergent & laundry detergent is provided as well as a couple of coffee pods with creamer and sugar. Things to bring: Beach / pool towels, beach chairs, umbrella or canopy, sunscreen, food, condiments, ice chest for your beach drinks, etc.. Cable / WIFI is provided but outages on the island does occur at times. We can not guarantee the reliability of those networks. Each property is treated for pest control but on the island, mosquitos and bugs are plentiful.
