Cozy Georgetown mountain getaway - monthly rental

Located in the picturesque town of Georgetown, this charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is the perfect mountain retreat, and sleeps up to 7 (using all available pull out couch space etc), but is a really comfortable space for 4-5. Close to outdoor recreation in all seasons & 15 minutes from Loveland ski resort. *Please note: this is a 29+ day rental only.* The space The welcoming interior features a cozy living room with a fireplace, setting the scene for relaxing evenings after a day of outdoor adventures. Functional and well equipped kitchen for all your needs. Step onto the private balcony and bask in the stunning views of the surrounding Rocky Mountains. This outdoor space is ideal for sipping your morning coffee or dining al fresco. The master bedroom includes a King size bed, small desk, TV, dresser, and walk in closet. The second bedroom includes a queen sized bed and lofted twin. The living room contains a queen size pull out couch for additional sleeping space, though it would be a tight fit to accomodate more than 5 people for an extended period in this space. The livingroom has stackable side tables, a TV, and the dining room seating for 4 but can easily seat 2 more with comfy folding chairs. Kitchen, bathroom and private laundry are well equipped with everything you may need to enjoy your stay. TVs in the master bedroom and living room are equipped with an Amazon fire stick and Xfinity flex box for use with streaming apps, and there is high speed internet available to you. This condo benefits from its proximity to outdoor recreation with Clear Creek fishing spots just moments away and the Loveland Ski Area within easy reach (approx 15 min drive), and convenience to major Summit County destinations (30-45 minutes). Georgetown is a historic and scenic locale, known for its Victorian architecture and vibrant community. You're just a short drive from dining, shopping, and the unique Georgetown Loop Railroad. Nearby Attractions are Georgetown Lake, Georgetown Loop Railroad, Capital Prize Gold Mine Tour, and Local Art Galleries. Coffee, convenience stores and a couple restaurants within ½ mile & easily walkable in nice weather, and plenty more within a short 2-3 minute drive. Please note, the frontage is close by to this condo but is hardly noticeable from inside. If you're traveling with kids you’re in luck- we have board games galore in the condo, mostly for smaller kids. ***Important things to note - we don't want you to be surprised! 1) This is 29 day rental minimum. 2) While this rental is dog friendly, please message me to discuss the rules. It's a small space and sound travels within the building so not workable for any loud dogs. 3) There is absolutely no smoking in the apartment. We also do not allow incense or candles in the space. Other things to note Wherever you come from, whatever your sexuality, race, age, religion or politics - we welcome you to stay with us! Please note, however, that there are stairs needed to access the apartment for anyone with mobility issues.
