Beautiful house with sunny garden near Bratislava

This is our family home set in a beautiful small village Láb, surrounded by nature, located about 30 min from the Bratislava city centre. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2,5 bathrooms, large living and dinning room with fire place and kitchen. Our home has a large garden with a terrace and additional outdoor seating with BBQ. This is a perfect place for families, group of friends or couples who want to enjoy Slovakia in a quiet and relaxing place near Bratislava. Two bikes available as well The space The kitchen, living and dining room with fireplace and A/C, the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and additional toilet are located in the ground level. There is also expandable sofa bed for the 7th and 8th person in the living room. The upper level has two bedrooms, both with expandable sofa beds for two persons each. There is also a family bathroom on the upper level. The garden is sunny, quiet and with a lot of flowers and fruit trees. You can use both of the two terraces and the BBQ too. You have a visiting cat Murko who is always outdoors and who doesn't come inside. We have an outdoor dog house. Well behaved pets are welcomed to stay in or outdoors. Please keep them off sofas and bedrooms. On street parking is available for three cars and a small car in the garage (215cm wide). Guest access You will have access to the whole house and garden apart from my office where I keep my belongings. Other things to note Our village Láb was founded in around year 1 200, has about 2 000 inhabitants and is located 30 min drive from the Bratislava City Centre (30km). There are 2 restaurants, 1 pub, 1 grocery store and a petrol station. Just few hundred metres away from the house, you have a nice stream and forrest for walking or biking. You can regularly see floks of deer and other wild life. Small Carpaty is in the proxity known for hiking, skiing and foraging or cycle alongside Morava river to Bratislava. There are few lakes just a short ride from the house. There is a huge shopping mall Bory just 20 min away. Lab is well situated on the route to Brno (120km), Prague (320km), Vienna (100km) and Budapest (230km). Devin castle is not far.
