Purple Room - Maison Lapinou

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. The purple room has a double bed, private bathroom, terrace, open closet, Smart TV, desk and telephone for local, national and cell phone calls included. The house has a colorful living room overlooking the central patio and its jacuzzi. It has direct access to a cafeteria / bakery where you can order drinks and food. The space The house has 5 bedrooms, each room is unique. It has a very bright central patio with a Jacuzzi and a room to spend a good time chatting or reading a book. The kitchen is shared with the other guests and is very bright. The house has direct access to a French café, where you can find many drinks, food and desserts from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm on weekdays and from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays. Rules for using the Jacuzzi For the comfort and convenience of all our guests, we have made a Jacuzzi available to you. We ask you most respectfully to respect the rules set out below and treat the facilities as if they were yours. While we use chemicals and chlorine to keep the water clean, and change the water regularly, if we have to empty the entire jacuzzi more often than necessary, the waste of water is very significant. We appreciate your understanding. => The Jacuzzi is available for guests staying at least 2 nights, as it has to be prepared, and heating it takes time. => The Jacuzzi is available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM => A reservation must be made by message to request the date and time of use, in advance. => The maximum capacity is 4 people at the same time. => The use of a bathing suit is mandatory for the Jacuzzi. Underwear may not be worn. => All guests must shower with soap before entering to keep the water clean and avoid contaminants. Lotions, body oils, sunscreens or makeup are not allowed as they may damage the filtration system. => No food or drinks may be consumed while in the Jacuzzi. => Glasses, cups, glass bottles or any other sharp object may not be used near or inside the Jacuzzi to avoid accidents and damage to the facilities, since the hot tub is inflatable. => The consumption of alcohol, drugs, cigarettes and other tobacco products is strictly prohibited near or inside the Jacuzzi for reasons of guest safety and possible damage to the facilities. => Diving and/or removing water from the Jacuzzi on purpose is not allowed. => Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. => Pets are not allowed inside the Jacuzzi for reasons of hygiene. => Keep the volume of conversation and/or music at an appropriate level so as not to disturb the other guests. => Respect the allotted time, especially if other guests have booked the space. => Do not add chemicals, soaps, foam or any other liquid or solid object to the water. If you notice any problems (such as cloudy water, malfunction, or damage), report it immediately to avoid negligence charges. Use is at your own risk, and you will be liable for any damage caused by misuse. => The use of the Jacuzzi is subject to the weather. Use is not allowed during rain and/or thunderstorms to avoid electrocution hazards. => Leave the area as you found it: turn off the jets and close the Jacuzzi lid when leaving. Guest access Guests have access to the living room, central patio, Jacuzzi, and kitchen. They can enter through the front door, the garage if they bring a vehicle and through the cafeteria when it is open. Other things to note Maison Lapinou is a guest house, so there may be other guests in the house, as well as cafeteria and cleaning staff in the common areas. We have a night watchman who can facilitate your entry into the accommodation.
