The Ridge House is the perfect home-base to enjoy it all! The space Location: The Ridge House sits above Roaring River and Hwy. 86, surrounded by the Mark Twain National Forest, just 2.5 miles from Eagle Rock Marina on Table Rock Lake, and 6.6 miles from Roaring River State Park. Half-way between the excitement of Northwest AR, and the entertainment of Branson, MO, and a scenic 20 minute drive to Eureka Springs, AR. They provide endless possibilities for day trips, or spend your days right here, fishing, hiking, or boating. There is pull-around access available if you are pulling a boat. Please let us know at the time of booking if you'll be needing this. Eagle Rock, MO is a rural, river/lake community and as such there is some road noise, bugs and critters big and small, and always changing weather. So bring your fishing gear, hiking shoes, and a big sense of adventure! The Ridge House is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras for security purposes. Only the outdoor public areas are captured by the cameras. Guest access Guests have a private drive, parking and deck entrance. Outside is a firepit, dining table & chairs, and a grill. There are 7 stairs onto the deck entrance with coded keypad, but once inside, it is all one level. Inside is a 1300+ square feet house, with three bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, full kitchen, dining and living rooms. Included is a desk and chair if you must work while you visit, Wifi, Roku TV (set to guest mode) and DVD players in the living room and each bedroom to stream your apps and watch movies. Games/Cards & Puzzles are in the living room cabinet. There is seating for 8 around the dining table, and a high chair and a booster seat are also included, and stored in the Twin Room closet. The full kitchen is stocked with all the equipment you need for basic cooking, detergent for the sink & dishwasher, and a small supply of olive oil, S&P, tea bags, ground coffee, sugar and creamer. Each bedroom has a comfortable beds(s), nice bedding, nightstands, lamps with USB ports, a closet, dresser, a place for your luggage, Roku TV and a DVD player with remotes. There is also an ironing board and iron for guests to use. The full bath is stocked with towels, toilet paper, a first aid kit, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, a blow dryer, and a towel hooks that you can label for each guest. We provide a full grill chimney of charcoal with starter, and a lighter. Additional charcoal is available at Uncle Roy’s One Stop, 1 mile from The Ridge House. **There are locked doors in the kitchen to a mechanical room, and in the hallway to the stock room. Other things to note The Ridge House is on well water, with a water softener, UV filtration, and a septic system. It will feel "smooth" on your skin and you won't need as much soap as usual. It is also on a septic system, so please follow the guidelines in the Welcome Manual for that.
