An 80 m² apartment over three open floors on our idyllic four-sided courtyard in the artist village of Bahnitz. The lattice windows offer wonderful views of the countryside and 50 meters away from our romantic garden the Havel flows along the small beach. The space The apartment on our farm is a beautiful place for families with children and people who like to be in the middle of nature. Hardly any cars drive in Bahnitz. The courtyard, apartment and garden are wonderfully quiet. Watch the chickens in the neighboring garden at the breakfast table, enjoy the Havel on the beach during the day, sit by the fire in the garden in the evening with nightingale song... In the colder season, the apartment is heated with wood and stoves on the first floor and upper floor spread cozy warmth. The bedrooms on the upper floor and attic remain cooler depending on the season. There are cozy warm duvets for that. Guest access Very nice seating right in front of the apartment in the romantic courtyard of the Vierseitenhof. Access to our enchanted garden with grill and fireplace. Other things to note The apartment has three floors that are connected via an open staircase. Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are open. So, there are no rooms that can be locked with a door. The bathroom on the second floor has a door, of course. The apartment was renovated last year, biologically renovated on the first floor and equipped with a new kitchen with solid wood panel. In spring and autumn, the wood-burning stove makes it nice and warm on the first floor. Upstairs in the bedrooms, however, it remains cool. This works wonderfully with nice thick blankets and hot water bottles in bed, but you should like it. With us, you can enjoy a wonderful Wi-Fi and TV-free time! Cell phone reception is sometimes limited in the apartment, depending on the provider.
