Little Desert Oasis

You’re invited to experience our Sweet Little Desert Oasis right in the heart of the Historic Comstock Gold District (15 minutes from Virginia City). This separate home is very private and in a quiet location. Ready to accommodate 2 adults (no children please). It is completely renovated with clean, neat furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and bathroom. Sleep on a comfortable queen sized bed under a homemade quilt. We look forward to sharing our little slice of heaven with you. The space Enjoy this open concept style small home. The Little Oasis will welcome you to a homey, quiet, private space. Get a good night’s sleep in the cozy queen sized bed. Wake up refreshed and sip a cup of coffee or tea (provided for you) in the living and dining area, or outside in your own private blue garden patio, while enjoying a beautiful panoramic view of the Pine Nut Mountain Range. A fully stocked kitchen has all you need to prepare a meal. Check out my guidebook for local places to eat out if you don’t feel like cooking. You’re on vacation, right!! The bathroom has all the necessary essentials (towels, washcloths, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner and blow dryer). Guest access You have your own parking space beside the reserved parking sign on our quiet street right outside the fenced property. Coming in through the small gate, you will take two steps down and enter our magical space. The Zen Garden will be on your right and following the brick pathway, you will see The Little Desert Oasis to the left of the main house. While staying with us you are welcome to explore our acre of gardens, and during the growing season taste our fresh tomatoes and peppers right off the vine. Other things to note We are only 15 minutes away from historic Virginia City, 45 minutes from beautiful Lake Tahoe and 50 minutes from Reno. Of course if you like to gamble there are two small casinos right near by.
