You will share the house with 6 or 7 people.Most of the residents here are INTERNS AT TESLA.they are friendly and quiet. Within walking distance we have a couple small grocery stores, a few wonderful and highly recommended restaurants, Sala Thai , Kazuma Sushi and Burma Bay Cafe. Please also note that houses in California are typically made with wooden structures, so sound insulation is not very strong, and you may hear noise from other rooms and common areas like the kitchen, living room, and stairs.
