The space Welcome to "Porthos," a captivating apartment within "The Musketeers" project, elegantly situated in an Old Yerevan building crafted from black tuff. Just a short stroll from the lively Saryan Street, "Porthos" and its companions "Athos," "Aramis," and "D'Artagnan" fuse the allure of historical architecture with the luxury of modern living. Building: "Porthos" is housed in a beautifully restored old Yerevan structure. The preserved black tuff exterior not only adds authentic charm but also connects you to the rich architectural history of the city. Living Room: The living room, designed for comfort and entertainment, features a sofa set, a kitchen table, and a large HD smart TV with a Netflix subscription. The space is fresh and inviting, with all brand-new furnishings. Kitchen: A charming archway links the living room to the fully equipped kitchen. It includes an electric stove, washing machine, ample storage, and a fridge – everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Bedroom: The bedroom, accessed via stairs, capitalizes on the high ceilings to create a cozy, loft-like space. It is equipped with a king-size bed, premium mattress, wardrobe, a laptop-friendly area, and a window that bathes the room in natural light. Bathroom: The bathroom is a blend of new tiles, high-quality fittings, and thoughtful lighting. It includes a mirror, storage, a shower with excellent water pressure and quality taps, ensuring convenience and comfort. Terrace: "Porthos" features a private terrace that is an absolute delight. The large space with a stone floor extends to a well-lit table area, perfect for gatherings with friends and family. "Porthos" is not just an apartment; it's a celebration of Yerevan's historical essence mixed with modern comforts, promising an unforgettable stay in one of the city's most cherished locations. Other things to note 1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts.
