This condo sits on the seventh floor of Plantation Palms, a beachfront complex within the confines of Gulf Shores Plantation on the Fort Morgan Peninsula. You'll find tile floors and multiple flat-screen TVs and DVD players inside the condo; outside, you'll be just across a boardwalk from white sugar sand (with seasonal beach service) and a short car ride from Kiva Dunes Golf Course, Gulf State Park, and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. Things to know: The parking fee for this vacation rental is $35. Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email. Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted. The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15. Guests will have access to six outdoor pools & two outdoor hot tubs on the Gulf Shores Plantation grounds plus one indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC. Access to resort amenities and parking areas may be limited. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 7. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
