Safely walk to the zoo, the water park, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores & nightlife. Just off I59 and Hwy 49, Kimball is convenient to all Hattiesburg has to offer. We are near Forrest General, Hattiesburg Clinic & Merit Wesley Hospitals. Downtown attractions, William Carey & youth sports complexes are a short drive. The space 1935 quirky OLDER home that begs the question.. “Wonder why they did that?” Heck, we don’t know! But, we fell in love. We renovated to our liking and we’d like to share our home away from home with you! Three bedrooms all outfitted with brand new luxury bedding for a restful nights sleep. Roku TV’s in the living room and through out the house. New SS appliances, hardwood floors, New full size Washer & Dryer and a set of towels per person including a large bath sheet. The HVAC system was replaced in July 2023. The kitchen & laundry rooms work together. My grandmother called one the kitchen, one the workroom. In this work room, there’s laundry station, coffee station and a comfy recliner for having coffee & reading recipes! One full large bathroom with a nice long tub/shower combo. Double vanity and all new fixtures. Extra mirrors available. The half bath is TINY. Let’s just say it. It is cute and suits its purpose perfectly! Both bathrooms have been freshly updated. There are three outdoor areas to enjoy. Back of the house has a small yard that completely fenced for the enjoyment of children or pets. It includes a pergola with lights & seating . The “side yard/carport” area includes a seating area near the side entry door and then a picnic table & grill out under the Shade sail. It’s great any time of day. The north side yard is a huge flat area great for sports games & such. Watch out for the street! The front porch gets nice morning sun and often a breeze. It’s a great place for Coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening! Guest access Guest will have access to the home & yard, except for the owner supply closet, the owners pantry in the kitchen, and the workshop in the backyard Free parking. The driveway can accommodate three cars possibly 4. There is street parking for one, maybe two cars. Other things to note There’s is a sofa to sleep on, not a sleeper, and bedding if needed.
