This delightful property offers three spacious bedrooms, including 2 queen-sized and 1 king-sized bed, making it the ideal retreat for a group of up to 6 guests. Our home is thoughtfully decorated with an eclectic-bohemian style in the living room, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. The bedrooms and bathrooms are adorned with a charming boho flair, providing a cozy and inviting ambiance. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for whipping up delicious meals, along with comfortable seating areas and a dining table plus a seating island, where you can enjoy your meals together. Located in the quiet neighborhood of Secord, our home offers a peaceful and relaxing oasis while still being just a short drive away from all the best Edmonton has to offer. Whether you're here for business or leisure, our spacious and comfortable home is the perfect place to call home during your stay. ⫸ Parking: A double attached garage is included in the reservation, and free street parking is also available. NOTE: two medium-sized size vehicles will fit well in the garage, while average-size pickup trucks WON'T fit. ⫸ Central AC for Your Comfort: Stay cool during hot summer days. ⫸ TV and Internet: Enjoy high-speed 1000 Mbps internet and a large 65-inch TV with a Soundbar, Netflix, and TV Cable for your entertainment. ⫸ Kitchen: Our kitchen features clean quartz counters, an eating island, high gloss cabinetry, and brand-new appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, kettle, pots, pans, and all the essential cookware you need to prepare your favorite meals. ⫸ Bathrooms: There are 2.5 baths equipped with fresh towels and dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Q-tips and facial cotton pads are also provided for your convenience. ⫸ Laundry: You'll find a washer and dryer with detergent available for your laundry needs. ⫸ Small Bonus Room: Enjoy some gaming fun with 2 Arcade 1up machines. ⫸ Extras: We provide one high chair and one playpen for added convenience during your stay. Guest access Our guests have full access to all rooms and amenities within the property. Other things to note ⫸ SECURITY DEPOSIT AND RENTAL AGREEMENT This property requires a $500 security deposit hold (not an upfront charge) and a digital signature of our rental agreement. This hold will be scheduled at the time of your reservation and collected 2 days prior to check-in. It will be released 2 days after check-out, provided that no damage has been done to the property and all house rules have been followed. Is this the first time you are asked to process this deposit? We guarantee there are NO INDOOR recording devices in this unit 2. There are TWO OUTDOOR security cameras located at the property's main door and inside the garage, only to monitor outdoor activity. These devices will be ONLY recording with motion detection and not 24/7 3. We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for choosing to stay in our listed property. Please keep in mind that this is not a hotel. If any issues arise during your stay, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as possible.
