Our accommodation offers easy access and is located in an exclusively residential and high-end neighborhood, ensuring tranquility and security. We are located 4 km from the Center, 3 km from the Maria Fumaça promenade, 6 km from Vale dos Vinhedos and 6 km from Caminhos de Pedra. Welcome! The space Located in an upscale neighborhood, we have lovingly built a totally exclusive space for our guests — independent of the house we live in — offering comfort, contact with nature and total security. This is a large loft with more than 100 m² of private area. On the mezzanine, there is a cozy bedroom with a queen-size box bed (or option of two single box beds), a coat rack and a 42" TV with a TV Box. On the ground floor, under the mezzanine, we provide a queen-size bed, two extra beds, a sofa bed, and a closet. We also provide a crib, stroller and child seat, as needed. The atmosphere is finely furnished, with a predominance of wood and a charming mix of modern, rustic and old. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishes, cutlery, duplex refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, gas stove, blender, coffee maker, popcorn maker, air fryer (with coffee, filter and sugar available), electric sandwich maker, bar-style counter, plus a barbecue with skewers. There is hot water in all faucets, bathroom with shower, high-speed fiber optic internet (Wi-Fi), living room with 58" 4K smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc.), 18,000 BTU split air conditioning and blackout blinds. For leisure time, the space has a pool table, ping pong, foosball, spinning bike, hammock, and porcelain floor. Outside, there is a lawn with a table, chairs and a dollhouse for children, as well as covered parking in a fully fenced courtyard. We accept small and medium-sized dogs. The pergola ensures that the car is protected and the electronic gate facilitates access to the courtyard safely and conveniently. We live in the front part of the property, always available to help with anything you need, while the guest area is in the back, ensuring comfort and total privacy. There, you will find a special corner with lawn, table, chairs and a tank — ideal for enjoying quiet moments outdoors. Oh, and in the courtyard lives Capeletti, our adorable “sausage” dog. He is extremely docile, loves to receive affection and usually makes friends quickly with other pets.
