The space The hub of the premises is the loft, with it's generous sized open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with double height ceilings all over looking the back yard and pool. The dining area has an extendable table to cater for larger groups with additional chairs located under the stairs. It contains a bathroom with a double shower along with a launderette with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with split system heating/cooling in each. Adjoining the loft, via a covered breezeway, is the additional guest wing. This well lite area provides a spacious second living room with a smart tv, overlooking the backyard and pool , 3 generous bedrooms (accommodating 10) all with split systems, bathroom with toilet and a separate powder room. Outdoors is securely gated to provide a stress free environment to accommodate your pet. The undercover entertaining area has BBQ facilities, outdoor dining and lounge seating. These areas are designed to comfortably accommodate large groups, all surrounded by the exclusive use of the private backyard & electric heated pool. Pool heating is only available during the warmer months (typically November to April). Do you have a larger group that requires accommodating? Also upon request, there is the flexibility to host an additional 6 people in the separate, fully self contained front unit all on the same property (additional charges apply). Guest access During your stay, you will have access to the driveway for parking, accommodation and all private backyard facilities. Other things to note If you have a boat or jetski's that you would like to bring along, there is ample parking to cater for these on premises.
