Welcome to Fox Haven, where you'll enjoy a private, peaceful and pristine 1 Bed/1 Bath apartment. Able to accommodate 3 people (4 if close), we're situated on a quiet, dead-end street outside of the Annapolis Arts District. Enjoy a wooded setting, plenty of free parking and quick walking access to town, Navy stadium and loads of restaurants. Take a short shuttle ride from the nearby Westin Hotel to the heart of downtown to enjoy shopping, the historic district, and our famous waterfront. The space Designed with a mid-century vibe, this guest apartment has its own separate entrance, is sparkling clean and fully furnished with a well-stocked kitchen, dining/work space, living room, smart TV, full-size sleeper sofa for an extra guest or two, a pretty bath, and comfortable bed linens. Many guests have said that they can think of nothing that is needed in the way of amenities, basics and extras! A private patio with adirondack chairs and a dining table overlooks a wooded wildlife preserve. This is truly a private oasis that will help make your stay in Annapolis relaxing, comfortable and memorable. Guest access Guests have full access to the yard, a private outdoor patio, and all spaces except the owner's closet inside the apartment. Other things to note Your Host: We live in the main house and maintain a quiet presence that ensures privacy during your visit. Extended stays are encouraged! Please contact us for more information if interested. Children: Our home is not very well-suited for very young children and it is not child-proofed. We’re happy to host school-age children and young adults. We encourage you to contact us with questions if interested and we'll work with you to ensure a comfortable stay. Number of Guests: The apartment most easily accommodates up to 3 adults - 2 in the bedroom and 1 on the sleeper sofa. That said, 4 adults have stayed comfortably using the full-size sleeper sofa or air mattress (your choice). Plus, we provide an organic latex mattress topper and nice bed linens to enhance your comfort if you choose to use the sofa bed.
