Take a break from the day-to-day in one of our four eco-friendly suites. Located in the heart of the Stockholm archipelago, right on the water, within easy reach from the city but far enough to truly disconnect Designed by one of Scandinavia’s foremost architects, Andreas Martin-Löf, and with interiors by British designer Tobias Vernon of 8 Holland Street , the Landet cabins have everything you need for your a magical escape to the country. The space Living Room With two, large floor-to-ceiling windows you will feel like you are one with nature. Our living room features: - A cosy sofa which converts into two comfortable twin beds - A fireplace for chilly evenings - Heating and cooling, so that the cabins are comfortable in all seasons - A comfortable dining table - A well-equipped kitchen, with double hob, fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher and most basic utensils Bedroom Our bedrooms have been designed together with a sleep specialist to help achieve the perfect night’s sleep. You will find: - A 180 cm x 200 cm mattress, with high thread count, luxurious and sustainable sheets from Movesgood - A large picture window, which can be blacked out for privacy and lie-ins - In addition to a small wardrobe, multiple storage drawers under the bed Bathroom Being out in the countryside does not mean you have to sacrifice comfort. Our innovative, eco-friendly plumbing system means that bathrooms have a full shower and loo, as well as underfloor heating and a panoramic window (with privacy curtain). You will also find toiletries from our partners at Dr Vranjes and proper towels and bathrobes from Frette Outdoors Each cabin comes with two private terraces, so you can follow the sun (or the shade) around the clock. You’ll find deck chairs, a dining table and padded mats which you can take with you on your explorations of the surrounding nature. Guest access The cabins are located in a stunning natural environment, and are surrounded by hectares of unspoilt nature. You’ll find many areas where you can truly make it your own: spots for relaxation, workouts, swims, walks, picnics… Activities - Sauna - Massages, yoga, meditation (available on demand) - Tens of kilometres of walking and cycling paths, from woods to water and for all fitness levels - Multiple swimming spots - Fishing and fishing tours (seasonal) - A trip out on our kayaks and paddleboards, included in your stay (seasonal) - Outdoor workout area (seasonal) - Library of books and board games - Golfing, adventure park and horseback riding (15 minutes away) Other things to note We operate with a leave-no-trace philosophy, which means all we do is with the highest respect for nature. Our cabins float above the land, to leave it as untouched as possible, and are built using sustainable materials. Energy comes from renewable sources, and plumbing is designed to minimise use of water and emit no harmful chemicals. Everything we build is reversible, so that when the time comes to remove the cabins, the area can be returned to exactly how it was before we were even there.
