Walking distance or just a short drive to many locally owned shops, restaurants, wine trails, lakes (both Kinkaid and Murphysboro lakes), SIU and breweries. Queen beds and TV's with Roku in both bedrooms. USB charging ports in both bedrooms. The space *Stackable washer and dryer located in master bedroom. *Ceiling fans in both bedrooms as well as living room. Additional Oscillating fan located in bedroom closet. *Complimentary Coffee (both ground and k-cups), coffee creamer, bottled water, snack bars, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & blow dryers. Guest access Entire Space Other things to note Condo #1. Self check in with keypad. One space in carport available for parking as well as a large parking lot available to park additional vehicles or fishing boat. There is a Burris dumpster located next to the carport if you have garbage to take out during your stay.
