The flat has 3.5 rooms and there is space for up to 4 people. It's perfect for small groups and families and it's located in the district of Oberengstringen, a calm neighbourhood 25 min by public transportation from Zurich main train station. Downstairs in the building there is a supermarket, restaurants, nature and the river Limmat are also close by. There is a lovely view from the flat and it's perfect for longer stays. The space The apartment is on the 6th floor and it has two bedrooms, both with a 160cm-double bed. The living room has a sofa, a dining table and a balcony/winter garden. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking tools, a filter coffee machine etc. Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal. Other things to note This is a Sharedlock apartment. Sharedlock offers furnished apartments at an affordable price. Our flats are equipped with the basics you need for an enjoyable stay. There is not much extra and little furniture in order for us to offer you the best price and to be quick with cleaning. You will find the flat exactly like you see it on the pictures. Please note that smoking inside the apartment is not allowed and will be charged with CHF 250. Also we kindly ask you to take good care of the provided keys, as we have to charge CHF 500 for the replacement of lost or stolen keys.
