Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. There is parking for 2 vehicles at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies). Must be a minimum of 25 yrs old to rent house. Contracted guest must be present during the stay. 6 Guests Max. No smoking or vaping in the home. Underage drinking and drugs are not permitted at any time. House parties are not allowed at this property during the reservation time. Quiet time is to be observed between the hours of 11:00pm to 7:00am per Ocean Lakes Family Campground rules.
