Inside, you'll find a cozy, bright living space, perfect for unwinding after a day of sun and surf. One bedroom offers a half bath ensuite and balcony access that also leads to the washer/dryer access. The other bedroom has double nightstands with charging station/reading lamps and a closet for extra storage. Enjoy playing cards or dining at the dining table or lounge in the living room looking outside the windows at the street. Front balcony is a great place to relax with a morning coffee or a cold beverage in the evenings. Guest access Our guests will have full access to the condo. The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys just arrive at the front door! We are real people with real jobs just like you! NOTE: Washer/Dryer amenities are shared and located on the back balcony, positioned between two units. Each unit has its own dedicated gate for independent access to the laundry area. Other things to note We HIGHLY recommend that guests obtain travel insurance to protect all travel plans, including your Airbnb stay, in case unforeseen circumstances arise and disrupt your trip. EXTRAS supplied for your reservation: ✅ Every reservation the house comes equipped with 6 Keurig coffee cups, single serving creamers, sugars and stevia, and a few snacks for your arrival. Please let us know if there are any special occasions. ✅ All bed linens are provided for beds and sofa bed. ✅ Bath towel set per person included: 1 bath towel, 1 washcloth and 2 hand towels in each bathroom. (We do not supply beach towels so we suggest bringing your own or they can be purchased locally as a souvenir.) ✅ We supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash. ✅ Basic amenities starter pack: 1 roll of kitchen paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 kitchen garbage bags, dish soap, a sponge, hand soap, and some laundry detergent to get you started. If you need more for a longer stay, you will be able to find everything you need at the local grocery a few minutes from the condo. ✦ IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: To ensure a safe and secure stay for all our guests, this property utilizes Happy Guest for secure, pre-arrival guest verification and check-in instructions. By booking this property, you agree to complete our easy, app-free online check-in process prior to arrival. This step is mandatory to receive your check-in instructions and includes: Rental Agreement: Reviewing and signing our standard rental agreement. ID Verification: Uploading a copy of a government-issued photo ID that matches your booking profile name. Property Protection: Selecting your choice of either a refundable security deposit or a convenient, non-refundable damage waiver. Please note: Check-in instructions are only released once this pre-arrival step is complete. No refunds will be issued for cancellations resulting from a refusal to complete these standard verification steps. ⭐️Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. ⭐️Camera is located above the front door, facing away from the inside of the apartment. It does not record 24/7. It is only motion activated and will record audio/visual once there is movement. It will stop recording when movement has stopped. Camera is not reviewed or monitored unless there is an emergency or damage to review. Our lives are very busy, therefore we have zero interest in watching you on camera. Everything is stated above because Airbnb makes us say this. ⭐️Our condo is located in a lively neighborhood with families nearby and in other units of the building. You may occasionally hear noise coming from the other units including children playing, throughout the day, for your comfort we have supplied earplugs. Please consider this when booking if you prefer a quieter environment. ⭐️Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. THE RED TAPE: ✅ QUIET TIME 10:00pm ✅ 6 Human Max ✅ Dedicated parking spaces, please see the parking map included ✅ No pets without prior written consent. Unauthorized animals caught on property will result in a $500 fine. ✅ We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart unless is it a cause for concern. ✅ No late check-out or early check-in without 24 hours written consent notice. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property. ✅ No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/mother nature/bugs/neighbors and neighborhood activity or other things that are beyond our control. Again, we highly recommend travel insurance to protect you and us from unforeseen circumstances that may arise and disrupt your trip. ✅ Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages. ✅ This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $1000. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.
