Conveniently located in the heart of New Smyrna Beach, the family room and Master bedroom have sweeping Atlantic Ocean Views with slider door access to the expansive covered lanai. A secondary master suite includes a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom 2 includes 2 queen beds. When you enter the door into the foyer there will be a bedroom on the right hand side with a king size bed, walk in closet and en-suite bath with tub/shower. There is also a desk. On the other side of the foyer is bedroom 2 with 2 queen size beds and walk in closet. Off of the hall you will find a closet with some beach toys, towels, chairs and umbrella. Further down the entry hall is a large laundry room with washer/dryer, iron, ironing board and laundry sink. A den with couch, tv, games and Nintendo switch along with some kid toys. Large kitchen fully stocked with breakfast bar(4 seats) overlooks dining room table with 6 chairs and the family room with a 65” tv and leather reclining sofas. The family room Sliders open to the covered lanai with ocean front view and high top table and chairs and 2 Adirondacks. The master bedroom with king size bed also has sliders and ocean front view as well as en suite bath with tub and separate shower. Guest access Guests have access to a small gym which is in the Coronado house which is right across from the parking lot, the garage and the pool/hot tub. Key and garage door opener will be provided
