This spacious two story home is perfect for the whole family, fishing groups, wedding parties and more! Just a few blocks from the Jet Express, MORA (open container while downtown), city park and beach. Enjoy a morning stroll down the Jefferson Street Pier, while checking out the Port Clinton Lighthouse. Stop and grab lunch at the many restaurants and bars downtown. Only a 30 minute drive to Cedar Point! 15 minutes from the Put-in-Bay Miller Ferry, and 20 minutes from the Kelley's Island Ferry! The space Newly renovated home. Large fully stocked kitchen (no fish frying in kitchen) living room with electric fire place, fitness room, laundry room with access to washer and dryer. 2 full baths, 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms up stairs with 1 queen bed, and 1 daybed with pull out trundle. 1 set of bunk beds-with full size bed on bottom and 1 twin on top and pull out trundle underneath. Downstairs bedroom has 1 queen bed with private bathroom. WiFi and Roku TV's in every room, with access to streaming services. An Air mattress is available for extra paid guests. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets throughout the home. Relax on the covered outdoor patio, with gas fire pit, TV, and 7 person hot tub. Please follow hot tub rules-card will be charged if hot tub is damaged or needs drained. Spacious driveway with car port. Parking on street available. Small yard with privacy fence. Access to grill and corn hole boards. NO FISH CLEANING ON PREMISES. Guest access Guests have full access to the home except: an upstairs attic door, locked utilty cabinet, and garage. ACCESS TO THE DRIVEWAY IS ON SHORT STREET. Main door with keypad is located on North side of house, across from patio. Other things to note Please note, we are in the city of Port Clinton, and we are in close proximity to water. You will see many varieties of wildlife, including: mosquitoes, bees, and Mayflies. The property is sprayed annually to help reduce these nuisance's. Every year, between the middle of May and lasting into July, Mayflies arrive. These insects are totally harmless. They are drawn to any light source, and will coat the sides of buildings and telephone poles. If your stay is during these months, please try to keep outside lights off as much as possible.
