We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would and follow the house rules. -No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval -No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts -No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included). -Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes -Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM -Please remove shoes in the house 🐾 Pet Policy We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to maintain the high standards of our home, please review our pet policy below: Pet Fee • A $100 pet fee per stay applies. • This fee will be automatically added to your reservation when you include your pet at the time of booking. • Pets must be disclosed during booking. House Rules for Pets • Please pick up after your pet at all times, both inside and outside the property. • Pets should not be left unattended in the condo unless properly kenneled. • We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring protective coverings. Cleaning Policy • If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied.
