The space Aberdovey Breaks Welcomes You to - Noddfa, a delightful 3 bedroom property situated in the Penhelig area of the Village. The property sleeps up to 6 persons (4 adults and 2 children) in a double bedroom en suite, a 1 twin bedroom and a 3rd bedroom with bunkbeds. Pets are very welcome at Noddfa Situated in the popular Penhelig area of the village it is only a 5-7 minute walk into the village centre. Entering the cottage into the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. The kitchen although smallish is well equipped with oven, hobs, grill, microwave, toaster, fridge, with freezer compartment, extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, the open plan dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs. The open plan lounge has 2 and 3 seater sofas together with an armchair and other occasional furniture. The lounge area also benefits from an electric log burner, there is also a TV. From the lounge up to the first floor there are stairs which are quite steep and tight as they bear round onto the first landing, on this floor is the large double bedroom which is en suite (shower, washbasin, WC) plus a family bathroom which includes bath with shower over, washbasin and WC. From this landing there is access to the tiered garden which has 2 patio areas with seating -table and chairs, there are marvellous views from the seating area over to the estuary From the first landing there are stairs to the second floor, not as steep as the steps to the first floor, on this floor you will find 2 bedrooms, the large twin bedroom with 2 single beds and the third bedroom which has adult size bunk beds. Noddfa provides all bed linen and towels for your convenience, it has WIFI and provides a car parking pass to park for FREE in any of Aberdovey’s main car parks, the nearest being Penhelig Car Park which is opposite the property. Noddfa is a comfortable home from home property with great views from the garden area, the owners and the property look forward to welcoming you. It offers short breaks at certain times of the year as well as traditional 7 night holidays, it also welcomes your pet for their own pet holiday.
